My Westie - Incessant Barking
-
05.11.2007

This question about a westie training problem concerning barking was posted on our busy Westie forum:
----------------------------------------
I am sooooooooooooo frustrated with this. I have tried everything I know to stop his incessant barking at the TV and when the tenant comes over to visit.
I have tried, a shake can, sight deprivation of the TV, putting him in his crate, teaching him to bark, spraying him with water, and even a bike horn. I finally did the unthinkable for me and went and bought a citronella anti-bark collar. And that is not even working.
I can't even tune him out as his bark is high pitched and ear splitting.
There I am done venting, we know return control of your forum to you

Member's Feedback
The Crazy About Westies forum is a lifeline. I am unable to pursue a wide social life due to health problems, but through 'Crazy' the internet brings friends to me; like-minded friends, people who are loving and kind, tolerant and accepting, helpful and fun loving.
It is a lovely community, one where you never feel alone and can always find helpful advice , friendly chat and learn about other countries and cultures from the cosmopolitan range of members.
